When you connect a deal or organization to a channel in Slack from Pipedrive, you can see the status at any time.
What to Know
- The channel must already be connected to a deal or organization
Getting the Status
- Log in to Slack
- Navigate to the channel that is connected to the deal or organization whose status will be viewed
- Type /deals-plus
- Press Enter
Organization Status
When retrieving the status of an organization, the organization contacts will be displayed in addition to the last ten events, along with a small overview summary. In addition, from this message you can create an event associated to that organization.
